Payments made on TicketApp are delivered to the Organizers after deducting Platform usage fees and Credit Card charges. Event Organizers are responsible for all Returns and Refunds. TicketApp bears no responsibility with regard to Returns and Refunds.
TicketApp provides facility to contact Event Organizers. Beyond this, TicketApp assumes no further responsibility.
