1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated by event organizers only in case of event cancellation.

2. There is a nominal service fee per ticket may be levied by TicketApp to cover cost for operating this ticketing platform. There will also be a charge for Credit Card, charged by credit card company. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue an hour before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

4. In the case of event cancellation, refund will be issued by organizers only for the amount of residual value of the ticket. TicketApp service fee and credit card charges paid will not be refunded. Refunds will be managed by organizers independently, outside of TicketApp platform.

5. No external food or drinks will be allowed at the event.

6. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry on the basis of the same.

7. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
